We believe that effective project management is built on values that are based on three areas of leadership, knowledge of tools, business and strategy knowledge. Combining these elements allows you to realise your goals and is the key to the success of each project. The 12th International Congress invites all project enthusiasts to take part in occurrence divided into 3 thematic pathways:

Within this path we will focus on the key challenges facing modern leaders. Speakers will talk about effective communication in virtual and international teams, stakeholder management, motivation of team members and use of soft skills in project management. Speakers will focus on the skills and knowledge that a leader should have in effective project management and organisational change implementation.

The goal of this path is to present the topics of the organisation’s business strategy through effective management of portfolio, programs and projects. Participation in the activity will allow you to gain knowledge on how to effectively implement the PMO structure, utilise agile methods in managing change in the organisation, transformation or merger. We will explore the secrets of adapting project management to business strategy in start-ups, small and medium businesses and corporations.

Modern digital technologies and solutions enable companies to rapidly change their business models, disrupt markets and open up to innovation and start-ups. What determines whether such a digital strategy is successful? This path will answer this question and will show how Digital Transformation Project Management looks and how to combine business and technology streams. Listening to top digital managers, the audience will learn what elements were balanced to transform company strategy into a new direction. You can expect board members and CEO’s speaking in an energising format. It is about leadership and management of transformation programs and the technology influence.
