Speed mentoring is a series of “one-on-one” conversations with one of the mentors, focused on specific subject in his specialization
During speed mentoring session you will have a chance to derive knowledge and experience in one of the areas indicated by the mentor.


  • Mentoring sessions will take place in parallel with speeches
  • You can register for a mentoring speed session during or after the registration of a congress, but no later than one hour before the scheduled session (you need to enter the mobile number)
  • The mentor will spend 0,5h or 1h on a mentee session (the meeting may be shorter if the topic is exhausted).
  • Mentor I propose areas of knowledge, topics
  • If the mentor can not appear on the session, the coordinator tries to find a substitute, if the search fails, the session is canceled,

Ariel Zgórski

Victoria Kumar

Victoria Kumar, PMP®, PMI-ACP® served as Director, PMI Board of Directors (2014 – 2016).  She is past president of the PMI North Carolina Chapter where she currently serves as VP Programs. Ms. Kumar’s professional career includes PMO program management for organizations in both the private and public sectors.

Ms. Kumar has served the North Carolina State Government for several years as Project Management Office (PMO) Program Manager / Senior Project Manager. She also served as Sr. Program Manager with AIG United Guaranty leading the EPMO in its Enterprise Agile transformation effort. She currently serves as Principal Project Portfolio Analyst at Red Hat, Inc.

She has travelled worldwide, presenting on leadership development and project management in seminars and conferences.  She published several conference papers as part of PMI global congress proceedings, including

Ms. Kumar holds master’s degrees in pure mathematics and in computer science from University of Waterloo (Canada), where she has also earned PhD credits in management science. She has a master’s certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University. She is a graduate of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®).


Srinivas Maram

Srinivas is a Policy and Program Officer at Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) where is responsible for annual review of negotiations, appointment & reappointment of Contract Federal Negotiators and other related processes. In addition, he teaches project management professional (PMP®) certification training courses and a lead organiser for the #Meetup professional group in the National Capital Region (NCR) for project management professionals. Srinivas is an active member of PMI since 2010.

Michael Palladino

He is the Head, Agile Methods Center of Excellence at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Utah. Spencer has been married to his amazing wife, Jana, for more than 32 years. Together they have five beautiful children and three grandchildren.

Thomas Walenta

Thomas Walenta is a retired IBM project and program manager, working occasionally for clients seeking to improve their organizational project management capabilities. Since 2002, he has been teaching project management at the University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt, Germany.

Working in projects since 1974 and for IBM since 1983, Mr. Walenta decided to pursue a career in project management in 1988. He led projects, PMOs and programs for a variety of IBM customers in system integration, software, outsourcing and strategy development. From 2002, he started a program for a global electronics company in Europe. His cultural working experience is from government and the utility, insurance, banking, electronics and automotive industries, as well as geographically from most European countries, Russia, Japan, the United States and India.

Mr. Walenta has volunteered with PMI since 1998, serving as PMI Frankfurt Chapter president for almost eight years, a three-year term on PMI’s Board of Directors 2006-2008, and was a member of the PMI Ethics Review Committee since 2011, serving as chair in 2016. In parallel to these leadership roles, Mr. Walenta had global volunteer roles, for example on PMI standards development, PMI Project of the Year Award, R.E.P. application reviews and exam item writing.

His key volunteer professional awards are the PMI Fellow Award he received in 2012 and the first honorary membership of the PMI Frankfurt Chapter in 2006.

Mr. Walenta has spoken at global conferences since 2000, with five speeches delivered in 2015 in Moscow, Panama, Sao Paulo, London and Frankfurt.

He wrote chapters for two project management compendiums in the German language, and several articles for online publications (LinkedIn and projectmanagement.com). He is one of 25 global advisors for the PM World Journal.

Mr. Walenta has a university diploma in mathematics. He received his Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification in 1998 and the Program Management Professional (PgMP) ® in 2014.
